TAKE SMALL STEPS.
there's no shortcut or options,walking a mile is about 2000steps. and every one step is a tiny success that brings you closer to your goal. The same is true to any other big goal..
Plan your short-term goals so you have somethng within reach to shoot for. writing them down will give you a sense of whether or not you are on the track. Small success breed large ones.
LAUGH AT SETBACKS.
no matter how well you plan your progress you will have setbacks, That's part of life. The difference between successful and unsuccessful is not hwether they have setbacks, or even the frquency of their setbacks,but how they respond to them. Successful people are able to laugh off setback and get right back on the horse.having a bad day doent mean you av a bad life.don't be hard on yourself, Be nurturing and supportive. wite down your victories as you have them.
MAKE IT CONVENIENT
if you are a busy person-and who is not you will have to find ways to fit in your schedules.
Exercise takes time.praying takes time,reducing stress takes time...make them all convenient for you. Do what is simple and you will enjoy life more.
MAKE IT FUN.
be realistic you will only keep doing things if you enjoy them.
REWARD YOURSELF.
don't underestimate the power of silly rewards. treating yourself with a pair of shoes you have always wanted after you have reached your first short-term goal may be a prtty transparent motivational scheme, but it still works there's nothing wrong with making yourself feel good. It pleases God wen you take care of yourself
Appreciate yourself. Celebration can be a big part of it.
